COVID-19 UPDATE: March 10, 2021:
The safety and well-being of our staff and members continues to be our top priority at One Source FCU. That being said, our lobbies will remain closed until vaccination rates are at a comfortable level of security and well-being for not only our staff, but for our members and our community.
For your convenience, all drive-thru locations will continue to remain open: Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm | Saturday: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm (8870 Gazelle location only).
Members are able to make an appointment to see a Member Service Officer for any business outside of teller transactions. To schedule an appointment please call: 915-592-0223 or 1-800-532-0223. For everyone’s safety, we will continue to follow our current safety guidelines and protocols: social distancing, frequent hand washing, sanitizing all high touch areas, and the use of face coverings when entering our buildings.

As we embark on a New Year, at One Source FCU we continue to remain optimistic that we will all get through these uncertain times together. We are still taking every precaution necessary when it comes to the safety and well-being of our staff and you, our members. That being said, all of our lobbies will continue to remain closed until further notice. Even though our lobbies remain closed, at One Source our primary focus is the safety and well-being of our staff, our members and our community as we continue to deliver personalized member service. We are keeping a close eye on what is happening in regards to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it could impact our day to day business. One Source is about “People Helping People” so we want you to know that we are still here for you.
All lobbies will be CLOSED. We will redirect all traffic to our drive-thru's.
