If you have a joint owner(s) on your account, the joint owner is eligible to exercise the right to opt out. Once we receive your request, we have a reasonable amount of time to stop the disclosure. Due to data processing constraints, OneSource FCU members wishing to opt out will be excluded from all outside services. Keeping your account information accurate and up to date is very important. We provide you with access to your account information through various means such as account statements, telephone response and online access. If you ever find that your account information is incomplete, inaccurate or not current, please call or write to us at the telephone number or address listed on your account statement or other documentation.
